I appreciate that change is hard. Therapy––learning alternate coping skills, trying new behaviours, and facing your fears–can often feel uncomfortable. At WG Psychology, we work with individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, anger and emotion dysregulation.
