Description

My therapeutic approach is to communicate using authenticity and honesty– working to develop a rapport where difficult things feel safe to talk about. I work to support clients with a compassion focused lens– balancing acceptance-based strategies, with change. My ultimate goal is to support clients, working at their own pace towards building their life worth living, and adopting curiosity about their own unique values and goals.

At WG Psychology, we work with individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, anger and emotion dysregulation.
