Description
I believe in the importance of helping you live the most fulfilling life possible. I aim to do that by working together to find out what matters most to you, identifying what’s getting in the way of your most meaningful life, and providing you with relevant tools and strategies to help you get there. I’ll work with you towards your goals while prioritizing collaboration and non-judgment in our sessions. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from York University, and I completed my predoctoral residency at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.

Our goal in therapy is to help you build the most meaningful life possible. We do that by working with you to: (1) Identity your long-term goals and values; (2) Clarify obstacles getting in your way; and (3) Give you the skills to reach your goals. We practice through a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens by prioritizing kindness and warmth, non-judgment, and a collaborative spirit in therapy.
