I specialize in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I am one of the few Canadian psychologists trained in DBT for Children (DBT-C). I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and emotionally focused modalities. I offer services including individual therapy, parent coaching, teen/young adult and parent DBT groups. I also conduct psycho-educational assessments for academic, behavioural, social difficulties. Imagine what it would feel like to be equipped to handle difficult situations and emotions.
