Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 4pm

Patrick works with adults (19 and older) who need help managing symptoms of depression, anxiety (e.g., generalized anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety), and trauma-related difficulties. I also help people learn to manage difficult thoughts, feelings, behaviours, etc...I provide treatment using a combination of evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
