Dr. Satinder Kaur Brar treats depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, stress and burnout, life transitions, self-esteem, etc. She creates a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate therapeutic space where vulnerability can be embraced. She uses a person-centered approach and tailors her treatment to best fit your individual needs. She is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and incorporates aspects of emotion-focused and acceptance-based strategies into treatment. Also offering culturally sensitive services for South Asians.
