I am a registered Provisional Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in adult mental health and an extensive background in Social Work. I am dedicated to serving clients in very meaningful ways through empathy, active listening and providing strategies that would help to facilitate personal adjustments towards having a meaningful life. I support clients from a diverse lens and view myself as a partner in their therapeutic journeys. I am trained in a trauma focused; evidence-based treatment approach called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) trained.
