I have completed a Psychology Degree at the Yaroslavl State University in Russia in 1991, followed by Master’s degree (MA) in Clinical Psychology at York University in Toronto in 2008. My professional experience includes work at the Centre of Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, including 6 years at the Anxiety Disorders Clinic. For the past 6 years I have been dividing my work between private practice and working at the Complex Injury Outpatient Rehab, WSIB Neurology Specialty Clinic at Toronto Rehabilitation Institute (TRI).

My specialization is psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, post-concussion syndrome, chronic pain, and variety of mind-body conditions (fibomyalgia, IBS, TMS, migraines, insomnia etc.). My approach: intensive short-term dynamic psychotherapy (ISTDP), which is designed to rapidly uncover and resolve deep emotional and psychological difficulties, and transformative change often occurs in a relatively short period of time.
