Description

I am passionate about both psychological and physical wellness and consider the whole person to ensure I provide the most comprehensive support. I help clients develop insight and strategies to make meaningful change in their lives through evidence-based practice (therapy that we know works!). I specialize in working with people managing: eating disorders, obesity, body image concerns, weight-bias, depression, and anxiety.  I also have expertise in working with families, as well as helping individuals manage conflict and relationship concerns.
