Dr. Julie Prud’homme, Ph.D., C.Psych. (she/her) is a Clinical and Health Psychologist at Uprise Psychology & Wellness. She is licensed in Ontario and Québec. She provides individual psychotherapy and psychodiagnostic assessments to teens and adults (13+). She works with people struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, stress and burnout, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, relationship and academic difficulties, perfectionism and low self-esteem. She also has experience supporting individuals who are going through life transitions, identity exploration and who endured social injustice trauma(s).

Uprise Psychology & Wellness consists of a team of psychologists and registered psychotherapists. We offer psychodiagnostic assessments and psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT) as well as skills groups. We have experience helping teens and adults with diverse challenges, including eating disorders, perinatal mental health concerns, anxiety disorders, trauma-related concerns and depression as well as neurodivergence-related concerns (ADHD, ASD).
