I work with adults and teens who are presenting with a variety of issues and concerns such as emotional dysregulation, self-harm, suicide ideation, anxiety, trauma, CPTSD, relationships, identity, grief and loss, depression, life transitions, burnout and stress. I have advanced specialized training in working with people who have borderline personality disorder and concerns with emotional regulation.
