Living well matters. One of the greatest challenges each one of us has to face, is discovering what we want our lives to be about. What sort of person do we want to be? What is it most important to us, and where do we wish to invest our time and energy? It is our role as psychologists, to help guide our clients thoughtfully, and compassionately to find solutions to the many of these questions, and also the curve balls that life sometimes throws their way.
