As a Counselling Psychologist I can help you address emotional and social stressors in your life, with a focus on strengthening your abilities with decision making, problem solving and coping strategies. I'm a certified EMDR therapist utilizing both EMDR and ACT as my main therapeutic approaches. As an integrative Counselling Psychologist I will work closely with you to encapsulate the most suitable elements of these evidence based approaches to best fit your current needs and support you in identifying where to focus your valuable time in therapy.
