Christal is a Psychological Associate with MPsy degree in clinical psychology from the Adler Graduate Professional School. She’s also currently completing her PhD. Her approach is holistic and integrated, founded on the belief that fostering a safe and nurturing environment is foundational to her work. She helps clients explore various lived experiences, life stages, and stressors that may be impacting their current level of functioning. Christal is a first-generation Bulgarian-Canadian, which has given her the lived experience of the impact of socio-cultural factors on mental health.
