I am a Registered Psychologist (RPsych) with over 25 years of experience in leadership, health, and performance. I have extensive experience working with a diverse clientele of all ages. I specialize in health and performance psychology including injury & surgery recovery, chronic health conditions, pain management, chronic pain prevention, sport performance, trauma healing, first responders, neurodiversity, anxiety (general, social & performance), and counselling for children and youth.
