Description
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist passionate about mental health and helping others reach their peak performance. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, trauma-informed and client-centered. I competed as an elite athlete in the sport of volleyball, including Division-II NCAA. I played every sport I could throughout my youth, including basketball, golf, soccer, and track and field. I am dedicated to understanding the impacts coaches can have on an athlete’s mental health. I work with children, youth, and adults.
