I am a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with teens and adults with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, parent-child relationship, grief and loss, infertility, interpersonal challenges, trauma, family of origin, stress management, and life transitions. 

As a second-generation Greek-Canadian, I value diversity and work from a culturally sensitive perspective. I create a safe, respectful and non-judgmental environment. I understand that our busy lives can be a barrier to treatment.
