Description

I work with teens & young adults on a range of presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, body image concerns, eating struggles, gender and sexual identity, friendship repairs, school struggles, struggles at home, self-esteem and self-confidence, and much more.

I provide an eclectic, humanistic approach to my counselling that incorporates my areas of training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and even Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT).
