My co-therapist in training is a goldendoodle named Henley who is a sweet 11 lbs bundle of friendliness. I enjoy working with teens and adults to support them with greater wellbeing by providing them with tools and resources to improve mood, lessen anxiety and more. I have been in the field for over 15 years and was a teacher first! My favourite psychology fields are CBT, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, ACT and I use other therapeutic modalities as well depending on your needs. I look forward to meeting you!
