I am here to support you with healing, growth, and transformation. I specialize in working with people dealing with grief, trauma, and loss. All ages are welcome to participate in this healing journey. My training is mostly in experiential therapies that involve art, play, and movement. In combination with knowledge of attachment, neurobiology, and trauma, my philosophy on health is holistic. I work with you and children in a holistic, culturally sensitive way to balance the body, mind, and spirit.

My office is one of four in our space that offers counselling and therapeutic services. We have a little waiting area where you can wait comfortably. A calm but sensory environment to welcome you and help you feel comfortable and safe. Therapy or assistance animals are welcome. But please note we are on the second floor and have no elevator access. Free 2 hour parking on the street near by is available.
