Dr. Pat Ferris has worked in a variety of settings spanning her 35 year career. From hospitals and community mental health, to employee assistance programs and private practice. These experiences have guided her in navigating your unique mental health journey across different settings. 

She also has a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology, having studied quality of life issues related to on the job concerns like stress, bullying, and work-life balance. Considered to be an international expert in the treatment of workplace bullying.
