Dr. Tanya Zhao works with children, adolescents, and their families to help support them through the transitions and changes that all families encounter. She works within the Adlerian Individual Psychology framework, and also draws inspiration and methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Dr. Zhao enjoys focusing on: – Anger management and increasing emotion regulation skills – Anxiety, depression, ADHD, & family relationships – Conducting psycho-educational assessments / evaluations
