Dr. Sergeant is particularly interested in helping with: – Low mood, depression – Fear, anxiety, and worry – Difficulties related to traumatic experiences Dr. Sergeant’s service emphasizes listening to the individual needs of her clients, sharing ideas about what would help based on research, and working together with her clients to promote positive change.
