Description
Dr. Irving is a clinical psychologist who specializes in mindfulness-based interventions and cognitive behavioural therapy. She completed her PhD at McGill University studying the prevention and treatment of burnout in health care professionals through the Faculty of Medicine’s Programs in Whole Person Care. Her clinical psychology residency at Penn Medical and Princeton Medical Centres included training in eating disorders and mood, anxiety, and concurrent disorders. She has a particular interest in helping people navigating work related stress and relapse prevention for depression.
