Dr. Irving is a clinical psychologist whose practice is focused on workplace burnout, mindfulness-based interventions and cognitive behavioural therapy. She completed her PhD at McGill University studying prevention and treatment of burnout in health care professionals. Her residency at Penn Medical and Princeton Medical Centres included specialized training in eating disorders, mood, anxiety, and concurrent substance use. She has a particular interest in helping people who are navigating work related stress, anxiety and the assessment and treatment of attention deficit disorder in adults.
