Dr. Williams is a clinical psychologist whose practice focuses on emotional problems and disorders. He has training in cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT) for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT). Dr. Williams’ primary goal is developing a positive therapeutic relationship with his clients. He is experienced with a range of problems, including depression, anxiety, panic, PTSD, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), prolonged grief disorder, self-criticism, emotional blindness and anger.
