Description
I have over 15 years' experience helping clients with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, sleep difficulties, depression and low self-esteem. I use an integration of CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion techniques to help you better understand your experiences and let go of patterns that are no longer serving you. I have specialized training in treating both Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Insomnia and can also offer help for panic attacks, social anxiety, worry, depression, perfectionism, and body image issues.
