Dr. Lazar offers assessment and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for a range of difficulties, including depression, schizophrenia and psychosis, and anxiety, with particular interests in generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, agoraphobia and social anxiety disorder. 

Dr. Lazar is certified by the Canadian Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CACBT) in the provision of CBT, and takes an evidence-based, non-judgmental, empathic, and client-centred approach to his practice in order to suit the individual needs of each client.

We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times.

We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others.
