Description

Dr. Tremblay is a registered Clinical Psychologist. Her approach is based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and integrates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT).


She works with children, adolescents, and adults, struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), body image concerns, ADHD, trauma, parenting challenges, anger, disruptive behaviours, social skills difficulties, difficulties coping with stress, as well as psychological challenges associated with managing chronic health conditions.

We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times.

We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others.
