Dr. Burley is registered as a Clinical and Health Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She provides evidence-based assessment and treatment for adults with mental health and/or health concerns including mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, psychosis, chronic pain, cancer, perinatal mental health concerns, chronic illnesses, bereavement, trauma burnout, and stress. She strives to be non-judgmental, anti-racist, and LGBTQ2IA+ positive, and works with clients to understand their concerns and develop a treatment plan centered around their unique goals.

Summary
We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times. We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. We aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable and collaborative environment in which to help you explore and resolve your current difficulties in a manner consistent with your goals and values.
