Dr. Walker is a registered clinical and health psychologist who works with adults, children, and adolescents. Her areas of clinical work include anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive and related disorders, perfectionism, insomnia, adjustment to and management of health and medical conditions, and body-image distress. She also supports people who are navigating work, relationship or family stressors or times of transition in their lives. The clinical frameworks she formulates from include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times. We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. We aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable and collaborative environment in which to help you explore and resolve your current difficulties in a manner consistent with your goals and values.
