Dr. Jason Isaacs currently offers assessment and therapy for adults who have a wide range of concerns, such as worry, anxiety, mood concerns, trauma, attentional challenges, body image and weight concerns, sleep problems, social skills difficulties, and managing acute or chronic health conditions. He takes a collaborative approach with clients, and integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to to help his clients overcome barriers to living an enjoyable and meaningful life.

We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times. We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. We aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable and collaborative environment in which to help you explore and resolve your current difficulties in a manner consistent with your goals and values.
