Dr. Eric Karaoylas is a psychologist in supervised practice, and offers assessment and therapy for a wide range of psychological difficulties, including depression and anxiety, substance use issues, as well as chronic pain and chronic health conditions. He also supports individuals who are navigating vocational and life transitions, and relational and family issues.

We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times.

We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others.
