Dr. Eric Karaoylas is a psychologist in supervised practice, and offers assessment and therapy for a wide range of psychological difficulties, including depression and anxiety, substance use issues, as well as chronic pain and chronic health conditions. We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times. We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. We aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable and collaborative environment in which to help you explore and resolve your current difficulties in a manner consistent with your goals and values.
