Dr. Brescacin is a registered clinical and health psychologist, and works with adults with a broad range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, panic, obsessions and compulsions, eating concerns, navigating stressors and transitions, and coping with acute and chronic illnesses. She has a particular interest in integrative healthcare and the relationship between physical and emotional health. She works within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework in addition to drawing from Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.

Summary
We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times. We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. We aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable and collaborative environment in which to help you explore and resolve your current difficulties in a manner consistent with your goals and values.
