Description
Dr. Luk is a Registered Psychologist. She works with adults, adolescents and children who experience various difficulties including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, parenting concerns, interpersonal challenges as well as adjustment to life transitions or stressors. She is also passionate in supporting individuals who are adjusting to and coping with medical conditions and chronic illnesses including cancer. She integrates evidence-based treatment approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based interventions.

We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times. We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. We aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable and collaborative environment in which to help you explore and resolve your current difficulties in a manner consistent with your goals and values.
