Description

Whether you are experiencing relationship struggles, work/life stress, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, have experienced trauma, or are simply in need of support, I am here for you. I am especially passionate about working with couples, supporting people healing from childhood struggles, and fostering empowerment through self-exploration and understanding. I have experience working with trauma survivors, and operate from a person-centered, culturally sensitive framework to support you from your own worldview.

Specialty training includes: EMDR and Gottman relationship counselling.

Summary

I am located within the Highlands Therapy Collective which operates out of a house just off 112 ave.  Please note the building is not wheelchair accessible, there are a few steps up to the building.

I provide in-person (in office and walk-and-talk), and online services.
