Whether you are experiencing relationship struggles, work/life stress, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, have experienced trauma, or are simply in need of support, I am here for you. I am especially passionate about working with couples, supporting people healing from childhood struggles, and fostering empowerment through self-exploration and understanding. I have experience working with trauma survivors, and operate from a person-centered, culturally sensitive framework to support you from your own worldview. Specialty training includes: EMDR and Gottman relationship counselling.
