Description
I value the use of evidence-based treatment strategies and primarily work from a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approach. I work with adults dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety and stress-related problems. My practice is inclusive, anti-oppressive, 2SLGBTQ affirmative, and trauma-informed. I provide therapy in brief, short-term, and long-term formats. I offer a space for people to share their feelings without judgment and to feel heard and understood by someone who cares.
