Description
I take an evidence-based approach with over 10 years of training to psychological treatment and assessment. My practice focus area is Adult Autism and ADHD assessments and working with the neurodivergent community. My goal is to create a safe space that empowers my clients, helps them feel understood and supported to challenge life’s difficulties and ultimately thrive. I believe change is possible when relationships are grounded in trust, openness, and strengths are discovered and celebrated.
