Description
My name is Samuel! I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist and previous medical doctor who is passionate about the messy and beautiful parts of being human. I believe that we live in a world that constantly (and often effectively) tries to tell us who and what we should be, which often leads us to try to fit in. This can create a considerable amount of conflict, and possibly trauma, inside of us that not only leads to mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression but can also take us further from the belonging and connection that we desperately crave.
