Description
I provide counselling to both youth and adults experiencing a plethora of concerns, including those related to relationship troubles, self esteem, anxiety, self-care and life transitions, among others. I believe in an evidence-based approach to counselling that is largely tied to the client’s needs. To ensure that I am the right fit for my clients’ needs, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation in order to help us get to know each other before a session. Languages: Eden is fluent in English and Hindi.
