Ali specializes in supporting adults struggling with depression, anxiety, family and relationship conflict, boundary setting, or trauma (traumatic childhood experiences, PTSD, and other post-trauma symptoms). She is passionate about helping you improve your relationship with yourself (targeting shame, self-esteem issues, and enhancing self-compassion) so that you have the strength and confidence to move through life’s challenges.
