Description

Aaron is a registered provisional psychologist who works primarily with adults who face challenges associated with traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety.  Aaron’s warm demeanor and gentle repose enhance clients’ abilities to tune into their natural healing capacities.  He has experience in several therapeutic modalities, including EMDR.  Twenty years of formal meditation training have shaped Aaron’s therapeutic viewpoints, and he aligns with relational frame theory (RFT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)
