Lona Loken (she/her) is a registered psychologist in the province of Alberta. She provides counselling and psychotherapy to children, teenagers and adults. Lona also offers parenting support and family therapy to help families develop new ways to interact with and support one another. Lona believes that relationships are the building blocks of healing and growth. She often encourages people to find new approaches to their relationships, their emotions, and their views of themselves and others.
