In my office, there’s space to explore hard things and feel supported in making meaningful change. I work with adults and older teens, including those coping with cancer or other illnesses, and their family members. I'm passionate about helping people understand themselves more deeply, build confidence, and develop practical tools to cope. I believe everyone can flourish, and I’m here to support that process.

Summary
