Description
Alisha Sabourin (she/her) is a registered psychologist in the province of Alberta. She provides counselling and psychotherapy to adults and couples. Alisha also provides Marriage Prep informed by the Gottman Method to couples preparing for marriage. Alisha is skillfully trained to offer support, guidance, and direction by utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities. Specifically, Alisha is trained in The Grief Recovery Method® and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Alisha has completed Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 3.
