Description

Sian brings the qualities of kind-heartedness, clear boundaries, flexible techniques, sincerity, and humour to her work. She believes in the provision of collaborative care and if needed, can facilitate psychiatric referrals.

Sian has 14 years of progressive experience and has specialized training in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma.  This can range from treating single traumatic events to the more complex histories of adverse childhood experiences, other relational traumas and attachment issues, to psychosis and Dissociative Disorders.

Our team has a wide range of clinical experience and training that enables us to offer individualized outpatient psychological care for a variety of mental health concerns.  Our aim is to help each client heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We provide a safe space, listen to your concerns, and customize a treatment plan that feels like a good fit for you.  We recognize that there is not one superior approach to counselling; rather we work collaboratively with clients to ensure an understanding of what we are doing in counselling and how it will help achieve your goals.
