You see your child struggling with their emotions, worrying about small things, feeling sad and stressed out, or having lost confidence in themselves. You are overwhelmed with trying to figure out how to help them and feeling lost. Imagine seeing your child smiling, laughing and relaxed. Imagine them knowing how to manage their emotions and worries and having skills to problem solve with confidence. My goal is to support you or your child discover inner strengths, emphasizing areas in which are already successful, to build resilience, optimism, and a positive growth mindset.
