Description

I am a cis-gay male. My therapy focus is on sex, sexuality, gender, and intimacy.

Regardless of what you come for, I am a therapist who will make space for you as a human. As humans we experience a range of experiences and sometimes we need some help - we can work through it.

It is my goal to building congruence within the self and togetherness. I am happy to work with all people - we are all here to experience this human experience together!

Summary

At This Human Thing, our aim is to re-humanize mental health by helping each other navigate and normalize the human experience.
We seek to challenge the notion of “normal” when it comes to mental health.
Human suffering is an inherent part of life.
So is human diversity.
We seek to soften the black-and-white rigid lines of what is “normal” and return to the wholeness of the rich, beautiful, dynamic continuum of human experience.
And, part of our work is to challenge each other to look at how we may shame or judge ourselves or others based on a pretense of “normal”
