I use a variety of therapy approaches tailored to best assist you through your struggles, be it the pain of mental illness, addiction, toxic shame, relationship issues, life stress, or trauma. Whether you're simply looking for a safe place to feel heard and understood or you're wanting to create meaningful changes in your life, we will work together to help you achieve your goals. By using a compassionate, attuned, and personal approach, my hope is that you feel you have someone right there with you through your mental wellness journey.
