Description

As a Clinical Psychologist, I'm trained to provide professional and ethical treatment for a range of mental health concerns. I specialize in the treatment of adults presenting with trauma-related disorders, mood disorders (with a special focus on bipolar disorder), and anxiety disorders. I also see clients that are facing other types of common life challenges, including insomnia, difficulty managing stress, and transitions in life and at work.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy to help my clients resolve their symptoms, but also to improve their sense of wellbeing and happiness.
